2. Description of Services

VecminDB is a high-performance dual-core Cognitive Vector Database providing sub-millisecond vector retrieval, native memory lifecycle management (LTSM), online centroid evolution (Welford), and DP-Federated PCA cluster orchestration.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Some Services require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Payments are processed by 2Checkout (Verifone).

4. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our Services, reverse engineer any software, or use the Services for illegal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content provided by LingxinMind are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is." LingxinMind is not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the Services.
