30-Day Money-Back Guarantee / 30天无条件退款保证
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all VecminDB paid subscription licenses (Pro and Team plans). If you are not completely satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase date.
我们为所有 VecminDB 付费订阅许可（Pro 和 Team 套餐）提供 30 天无条件退款保证。如果您对我们的服务不完全满意，您可以在首次购买之日起 30 个日历天内申请全额退款。
Subscription Cancellation / 订阅取消与自动续费
Paid monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your local license management panel or by contacting billing support. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full write access to the database engine and API services until the end of your current active billing cycle. No further automatic renewals will occur thereafter.
付费的月度及年度订阅均可随时通过您的本地许可管理控制面板取消，或联系我们的账单支持团队处理。取消后，您将继续享有完整的数据库引擎写入访问和 API 服务，直至当前计费周期结束。此后系统将不再发起自动续费。
Refund Request Process / 退款申诉处理流程
To request a refund, please send an email to our official billing team at [email protected]. Your email must include your registered email address, account identifier, and the transaction receipt. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (via Stripe, 2Checkout or other authorized payment gateway gateways) within 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptions and Exclusions / 退款除外情形
Please note that the following scenarios are strictly excluded from our 30-day refund guarantee:
• Custom Enterprise Agreements: Custom pricing models, air-gapped offline licenses, and multi-node clusters deployed under dedicated SLAs are bound by the specific refund policies outlined in their respective commercial contracts.
• Code Tampering & License Abuse: Cases where the local license server validation clock or hardware HAI fingerprinting has been deliberately tampered with or bypassed in violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
请注意，以下场景不适用于 30 天无条件退款保证：
• 企业专属定制合同：企业定制包、物理气隙离线私有许可、以及在专属 SLA 协议下部署的多节点集群，其退款条款完全以双方签订的商业合同约定为准。
• 许可滥用与逆向工程：凡故意篡改本地许可服务器校验时钟、伪造硬件 HAI 设备指纹或恶意绕过 License 校验等严重违反服务条款的实例，均不予受理任何退款。
